As part of its tradition, Liberty State Park in New Jersey plays host to the Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic each June on the first Saturday - an event which draws city dwellers over to Liberty State Park from Manhattan for a day drinking top shelf champagne while networking with New York's elite social scene. Focusing on charity - City Harvest this year - and celebrating New Yorkers without homes is what separates this event from others like it: with no competitive spirit present there won't be the same tension that might exist at other sporting events!
Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic began its inaugural Los Angeles edition in 2010, and quickly become more about champagne and people watching than actual polo action. Co-hosted by actress Vanessa Kay and Nacho Figueras (recently seen chatting with Prince Harry), its glamorous crowd includes celebrities, fashion influencers, friends and Veuve Clicquot enthusiasts alike - as well as Veuve Clicquot enthusiasts themselves! Tented VIP marquee often turns into dance party after each match with DJ Samantha Ronson spinning tunes after each round!
Tickets range in price from $110 for Picnic Lawn access up to the luxurious La Grande Dame area - or you could choose the more exclusive Rose Garden area where a private cabana costs nearly $20,000. No matter which option you select, sipping champagne, people watching, and stomping divots is sure to be an incredible experience.
