Dave and Jenny Marrs from HGTV's Fixer Upper have expanded their business to include home goods retailer Marrs Mercantile in Centerton, Arkansas - just across from their Welcome Inn hotel. Renovation of an old bank building from 1905 was performed to convert this space into Marrs Mercantile which provides an array of home goods as well as handmade products for purchase.
Jenny and Dave use many locally-sourced goods and brand favorites on their show, as well as furniture, rugs, and home accessories from this merctile.
At the mercantile, guests can find items to enhance their kitchens, dining rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms. On Saturday, April 1, the grand opening took place to much fanfare. To help manage crowds more efficiently, guests were required to register online and were given an assigned time and date to enter. While waiting in line, shoppers could enjoy music performances and food trucks at nearby City Park.
