Nancy Davis Rickel is one of the world's wealthiest individuals, having amassed her fortune through hard work and diligence. Additionally, she earned several important awards and honors during her lifetime.
She began as a sportswoman before moving on to become a model and actress. More recently, Nancy Davis has made headlines as a philanthropist; founding numerous charities. One such effort is the Nancy Davis Foundation for Multiple Sclerosis which raises funds for research through events like Race to Erase MS and Center without Walls.
Nancy Davis Rickel is the daughter of Marvin and Barbara Davis of oil magnate fame and is also mother to Jason who voiced Mikey Blumberg in Recess on Disney animated series Recess until he died from a fentanyl overdose at age 35 in February. Additionally, Nancy is half sister to wine grower Nebil Zarif.
Since Marvin died, his estate was shrouded in legal complications and court-approved litigation began over allegations that he defrauded his own children by altering trust property and forging their signatures on new documents - allegations which were later settled with all 14 parties involved by 2008.
Her son Alexander has amassed a fortune through early investments in 23 & Me and Palantir; as well as being part of a venture capital fund with notable athletes such as Patrick Mahomes and Justin Verlander; which will go public via direct listing next week.
