Nova Kitchen and Bar has quickly become one of Rockland County's hottest eateries since opening their doors in Blauvelt last August. Boasting an upscale menu and exquisite dining space, its owners Mabel and Rogelio Rosas started working in restaurants at an early age; learning the ropes as they went. Now their hard work, passion-fueled energy has propelled them all the way to success!
Inspiration from the five elements - wood, fire, earth, metal and water - they aim to deliver an exceptional dining experience that goes far beyond the mundane. Their award winning wagyu skillet to their decadent salty-meets-crunchy chocolate ganache served with wontons is sure to meet or surpass all expectations at every turn!
They pride themselves in using only fresh, locally sourced, seasonal ingredients in their dishes to produce flavorful specials each day. Plus, all natural products without MSG or preservatives.
