Villa Ruchello in Santa Monica

Villa Ruchello is a private Mediterranean-style villa in Santa Monica. It was built in the 1930s, and is set on a 3 acre lot. The estate is surrounded by tropical gardens. This home offers 14,000 square feet of living space. There are thirteen bedrooms and thirteen bathrooms, as well as two guest houses.

The mansion is in the Santa Monica Canyon. This area is a celebrity hot spot, and it is home to the famed Santa Monica Pier. Some of the most expensive homes in the area are located here, and this property is the most expensive in the neighborhood.

Villa Ruchello is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. It is surrounded by a thick row of palm trees, avocado trees, and citrus tree groves.

This historic home has been updated with modern amenities and furnishings. One of the most impressive interior spaces is the library. The room has a Spanish-style ceiling and floor-to-ceiling bookshelves. There is also a hidden stairwell that descends to a wine cellar. Another dazzling interior space is the master bathroom. Among its features are large paned windows and a deep soaking tub. The bath is furnished with lounge-style seating.

Villa Ruchello is part of a compound that includes a pool house and a bocce ball court. The mansion is also surrounded by a vineyard.

Shane Smith, the CEO of Vice Media, has invested millions of dollars into the Villa Ruchello. He has spent $23 million to buy the property. In the meantime, the compound has undergone extensive remodeling and restoration.

Located on a 3.35-acre lot, the mansion offers more than 14,000 square feet of living space. There is also a pool house and two guest houses. A 74-foot swimming pool is a feature of the compound, and the home has a wood-fired pizza oven.

The property also offers an onyx-walled speakeasy. There is also a hammam, an entertainer's bar, and a chef's kitchen. As one of the most luxurious and exclusive homes in the neighborhood, this residence is for sale. Currently, the property is listed for $28.5 million.

Villa Ruchello was the home of Fleetwood Mac members. They stayed here while they were recording their eponymous album. Their home has been a filming location for Entourage and Beverly Hills Cop. Originally built in the 1930s, this home has been restored to its original splendor.

Located on a secluded cul-de-sac, the home feels like it is far away from all of the bustle of L.A., and it is on one of the largest residential lots in the city. It is a wonderful place for a family to live, and its proximity to Pacific Coast Highway makes it a great place to entertain guests.

It is located at 609 East Channel Road. Villa Ruchello is for sale through real estate agent Santiago Arana.

Villa Ruchello was featured in the September issue of Wall Street Journal Magazine. The home's main villa, guesthouse, and pool house were all designed by Shane Smith.
